A big thanks to the University community for making myURHR Demo Days a success.

Thousands of faculty and staff members got a sneak peek of the University’s new Human Resources information system coming in 2024, and had the opportunity to ask questions. Demo Days video recordings are now available for those who were not able to attend. The recordings cover everything from employee self-service to timekeeping, creating a position, changing a job, recruiting, and more!

The myURHR project team held 20 Demo Days sessions from September through mid-November, both virtually via Zoom and in person at multiple campus locations.

The goal of Demo Days was to help faculty and staff become familiar with myURHR’s layout and user interface. The sessions provided a gateway to understanding myURHR’s functionality, changes, benefits, and features. As we get closer to the time for myURHR training, faculty and staff will obtain a deeper understanding of how to navigate Workday and UKG, as well as perform specific processes, actions, and steps.

Stay tuned for various training opportunities that will be available leading up to go-live in 2024 and will give you a more in-depth understanding of myURHR.

myURHR is one of many important HR Modernization strategic initiatives, including Career Path Modernization (CPM), that are establishing a new foundation for how the University delivers HR services in support of our talented and growing workforce.
